I use this information to send you your parcels and for invoicing purposes. I may also use it to contact you regarding an issue with your order.
How do I collect this information?
Your information is submitted to me via either my website, when you make a purchase or via the forms used when signing up to one of my Yarn Clubs. You may also give me your details if you contact me personally via my Facebook page.
How do I store the data?
Your data is stored in a spreadsheet which is password protected (I use Google Sheets, which is a Third Party) if you are a member of a Yarn Club.
If you decide to leave a Club, your information is deleted from my records.
Any orders placed through my website are confidential and access to the administrative side of my website is password protected.
Do you have access to my Bank Details?
No. Absolutely not. Invoicing is done using the email address you provide me with. PayPal (Third Party) is accessed by password.
Do I share your information?
No. I do not share your information. I do not sell your information. I will never do that!
The only way you can receive my newsletters is by signing up to receive them. Your email address is stored on the third party platform I use (sendinblue) which is password protected. At the bottom of every newsletter sent is a link to unsubscribe. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter from Dye Candy, simply click that link and I will respect your wishes.
